Based on the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan dated April 24, 2025, No. 97, within the framework of “Health Month,” Republican working groups are conducting medical examinations of the population included in the Register of Low-Income Families. On June 10, 2025, the physician-endocrinologist of the RK branch of the NIIEIITM, G. Gaipova, is conducting medical examinations and screening studies of the population at the KTMP under the Muynak District Medical Association. As a result of the medical examination, 1 out of 12 residents was diagnosed with prediabetes, 5 with thyroid diseases, 4 with diabetes mellitus, and 1 patient was sent for inpatient treatment. Educational work is being carried out among the population on a healthy lifestyle, healthy nutrition, and physical activity.
