On July 28, 2026, the Director of the Academician Yo.Kh. Turakulov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Center of Endocrinology, Professor A.V. Alimov, and Deputy Director S.S. Fakhrutdinova held a seminar in the conference hall of the Medical Institute of the Republic of Karakalpakstan titled “Tasks Set for Medical Institutions in the Samarkand Region” and “Current Problems of Endocrinology.” The seminar was attended by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, M.I. Kurbanov, First Deputy A.A. Askarov, heads and deputy heads of the Nukus District Medical Institution and all medical institutions, the Chimbay
Regional Medical Institution, district endocrinologists, branch endocrinologists, and head nurses.
The seminar discussed organizational issues to be carried out in the primary system, eliminating staff shortages, improving dispensary observation, medical examinations, and screening examinations, ensuring the entry of statistical data on dispensary control into the DMed information system, the clinical examination process by the branch, the provision of medicines, reimbursement and execution of electronic prescriptions by referral, and the provision of reagents within the guaranteed package.
