In order to ensure the execution of the instructions of the meeting protocol No. 63 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 24, 2025, and the order of the Minister of Health No. 400 dated December 26, 2025, at the initiative of the Academician Yo.Kh. Turakulov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and the Republican Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center, on April 8-9, 2026, in the meeting hall of the Medical Institute of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Adina Baidauletova, a trainer at the Academician Yo.Kh. Turakulov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center, conducted work on the primary prevention of diabetes mellitus and iodine deficiency states for primary healthcare system visiting nurses within the framework of the “National School of Therapeutic Training of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes.” a certified seminar-training on forming a healthy lifestyle and increasing the medical culture of the population was organized. A total of 209 visiting, practical, and branch nurses from city and district KTMPs, OPs, and OSHPs participated in the seminar.
