On organizing medical services based on the ROAD MAP (Routing) across 6 areas of endocrinology and enhancing the knowledge and skills of medical workers (medical team members) on the ROAD MAP algorithms – patient orientation and observation On September 3, 2026, G. Eshanova, an endocrinologist and curator at the Academician Yo.Kh. Turakulov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center (RSNPMCE) branch, conducted a seminar-training among family doctors and visiting nurses at the multidisciplinary polyclinic of the Khodeyli district. The seminar presented the concepts and significance of the roadmap for diabetes mellitus (type 1 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes mellitus), diabetic ketoacidosis, diffuse euthyroid goiter, non-diabetic diabetes, and obesity, as well as algorithms for the correct referral of patients and the detection of endocrine diseases in primary care.
