On September 3, 2026, R. Berdimuratova, an endocrinologist at the Academician Yo.Kh. Turakulov Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conducted a seminar-training among family doctors and visiting nurses at Family Polyclinic No. 3 in Nukus to organize medical services based on ROAD MAP (Routing) across 6 areas of endocrinology and to enhance the knowledge and skills of medical workers (medical team members) regarding ROAD MAP algorithms—direction and patient observation. No. At the seminar, the concepts and significance of the roadmap for diabetes mellitus (type 1 diabetes mellitus, type 2 diabetes mellitus), diabetic ketoacidosis, diffuse euthyroid goiter, non-diabetic diabetes, and obesity were presented, along with algorithms for the correct referral of patients and the detection of endocrine diseases in primary care.
